HUSA - SPRING HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Steps to Register:

If you are a NEW client complete the appropriate registration online under the "Registration Form".
If you are a returning client, you will require an access code.
To retrieve the access code that will permit you to update your data, please provide the personal details (first name,last name and date of birth) and the access code will be emailed to the address stored in our system.
Payment ONLY by e-transfer to: phletransfer@cogeco.ca.
Do not use a password for the e-transfer and please include the participants name, date of birth and program/camp in the notes section of the e-transfer.

DROP-INS (PAY AS YOU GO):
* If you are interested in doing a drop-in or a partial week, you must
(1) still register and
(2) send an etransfer with the appropriate payment as well as the dates you are going to attend within the notes of the etransfer.

Note: All Spring sessions are located at the Mohawk 4 Ice Centre in Hamilton ON or as noted. Each group will consist of 24 skaters and 2 instructors, and will be grouped according to age and ability. All instructors welcome all past and new clients.
